Measuring air quality inside car cabins, Queensway tunnel Birmingham, UK
I'm an environmental engineer with a broad interest in environmental and atmospheric sciences. I'm currently a Lecturer of Environmnetal Public Health at the University of Liverpool School of Public health and Policy systems. My broad research interest is in atmospheric sciences with particular focused on air pollution and exposure spanning from urban to indoor and in-vehicle environments. I'm interested in applying targeted interventions and statistical tools to identify the key determinant factors of these exposures to reduce them. Air pollution is arguably the biggest problem of the 21st century affecting our climate and leading to more than 4.2 million premature deaths annually on a global scale and my research motivation is to help develop policies that can address these issues.
