END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Authenticator – Authkey 2FA
1. License
The Authenticator – Authkey 2FA application is offered to users under a non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal and non-commercial use. Ownership of the application is not transferred to the user.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights relating to the application and its content belong to VAS TEKNOLOJİ REKLAM PAZ. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. This agreement does not grant the user any intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
The user may not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or decompile the application or any part thereof. Unauthorized use of the application is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is". The company does not guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted or at a specific level of security. The risks arising from the use of the application are the responsibility of the user.
5. Limitation of Liability
VAS TECHNOLOGY ADVERTISING MARKETING INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. CO. cannot be held liable for data loss, account access problems, security breaches, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
6. Termination
If the user acts contrary to the terms of this agreement, the license granted will automatically terminate without any notice. In case of termination, the user must immediately stop using the application.
7. Changes
The company reserves the right to update this EULA from time to time. The current version will be published within the application or on relevant platforms.
