Working Procedure

• Our expert handyman comes to the customer's home and inspects the situation. After analyzing the situation, they will quote the price, and if the customer agrees with the price, work will get started by the handyman. (Note: The quotation price always will be standard).

Service Inclusion

• Price is shown for labor charge only.

• General servicing includes issue identification and diagnosis only.

• For any repair work, a quote will be given before proceeding.

Service Exclusion

• A convenience fee will be charged for material procurement (the timer will be paused during this period). 

• Customers are requested not to waste our service providers time for any unnecessary reason. if you do so, it will cost you 200 Rs per hour

• VK Enterprises will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks (reported by the technician) not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.

Terms Of Use

• VK Enterprises does not supply any guarantee for materials used for the work, as we tend to use them by clients choice, and if any defect or failure of elements or materials happens, the customer shall be responsible for that.

• Before the beginning of the work, VK Enterprises reserves the right to ask for an advance payment from the clients of 20% (or such greater sum if so required) against the full quotation on quoted works.

• VK Enterprises is not liable for defects ensuing from misuse, willful acts, or faulty skill by the client or anyone operating for or beneath the direction of the client (other than us).

• Surface Preparation:
  Before tiling, the surface needs to be properly prepared by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring it's free from any defects.

• Tile Layout:
  Planning the tile layout is crucial for achieving a desired aesthetic and minimizing cuts.

• Adhesive Application:
  Proper adhesive application is essential for ensuring the tiles are securely bonded to the surface.

• Grouting:
  Grouting fills the spaces between the tiles, providing a finished look and sealing the joints.

• Finishing:
  Depending on the project, sealing the grout may be necessary to enhance its durability and water resistance.
