Thank you for joining us for our Home Based Training & Team practices during this difficult time. We hope this will give our members some ways to keep busy until they can return to the gym. We don't know how long this next "pause" will be for but we should know more by Dec 7th.
This home based program will be a great way for our athletes to work out at home, stay in shape as they prepare for back to gym practices and have some fun while interacting with their teammates and Coaches during their weekly ZOOM practices during a weekly scheduled practice time.

We will also continue to use our present Team facebook groups in addition to this program.
Here's how it works:
The calendar will show the LINKS that will take you to your scheduled Team Zoom practice or Flyers Class for the week.
TEAM Zoom Practices - Scroll down to the Calendar and click on YOUR Team's link. It will take you to your team's practice for the week. You may be put in wait room until your Coach(es) start the team practice.
Activity BOX - This is where some activity descriptions & assignments can be found. This is a great source of CHEER specific activities that you can do while stuck at home and with less to do in the outside world.
All CHEER Videos - Athletes have access to many fitness, stretching, tumbling, jumps, stunting etc videos on this platform that are included in the monthly fee that you continue to pay as a full year Competitive or Elite Team athlete at VAS. Your Coach(es) will likely ask you to post a video or comment in your team's facebook group to ensure you're keeping up with your fitness during this time that we are unable to go to the gym.
Click on your Team's name to get taken to your ZOOM practice. Flyers classes are also posted with links.

Upload a clip of YOU doing any of these workouts and POST a photo/clip in your facebook group or do them just because they will make you better!
