In this Tableau project, I explore and analyze a comprehensive dataset on customer complaints, aiming to gain valuable insights into consumer grievances across various companies and products. The dataset encompasses essential information, including the company name, response provided, complaint ID, dates of receipt and submission, specific issue categories, product types (credit card, mortgage, other services), state of origin, submission channels (web, phone, referral), and zip codes.
I have grouped the services(products) into 5 different categories namely Bank Services, Checking/Savings Account, Credit Card, Mortgages and Other Services.
