Screen Recorder: Audio & Video

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Screen Recorder: Audio & Video ("App"), developed and published by Mayur Sutariya.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Screen Recorder: Audio & Video provides tools that may allow users to:
Record their device screen
Capture microphone audio when enabled
Create screen-recording videos
Save recordings
Import and manage recordings
Export and share recordings
Features may depend on your device and iOS version.
You are solely responsible for the recordings you create and the content contained in them.
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Record only content you are legally permitted to record
Obtain appropriate consent before recording other people or private conversations
Respect copyright and intellectual-property rights
Protect recordings containing personal or confidential information
Recording screens, audio, conversations, meetings, calls, or other people may be subject to privacy, consent, copyright, or other laws.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the legal right and appropriate consent to make, store, or share a recording.
The developer is not responsible for recordings made without appropriate authorization or consent.
Screen recordings may capture sensitive information that appears on your device, including:
Messages
Passwords
Notifications
Personal information
Financial information
Private conversations
Third-party content
You should review recordings before saving or sharing them.
If microphone recording is enabled, audio may contain conversations or other sounds near your device.
You are responsible for ensuring that recording such audio is permitted under applicable laws and that appropriate consent has been obtained when required.
You should maintain backups of important recordings.
We do not guarantee against:
Failed recordings
Interrupted recordings
Missing audio
Corrupted video files
Accidental deletion
Device storage failures
Loss of recordings
The App may use Apple's system functionality and third-party services for storage, sharing, analytics, advertising, or crash reporting.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
You must not use the App to:
Record people unlawfully
Violate privacy or confidentiality
Infringe copyrights
Distribute illegal content
Record content you do not have permission to record
Create or distribute malicious content
Circumvent security or access restrictions
Reverse engineer or unlawfully modify the App
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
Every recording will be successful
Audio will always be captured
Recording quality will meet your expectations
All iOS features will be supported
The App will operate without interruption
Recordings will remain intact in every situation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the App.
This includes damages resulting from lost recordings, failed recordings, privacy violations caused by user actions, copyright claims, or unauthorized recording.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
