User Agreement (Terms of Use)

Quick Share: All File Sharing

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Quick Share: All File Sharing ("App"), developed and published by Mayur Sutariya.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

Quick Share: All File Sharing provides tools that may allow users to:

• Share photos and videos

• Transfer documents and other files

• Send files to supported devices

• Receive files from other devices

• View transfer progress

• Manage transferred files

Features may vary depending on your device, iOS version, network configuration, and supported file types.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the files and content you send or receive using the App.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Share only files you own or have permission to share

• Respect copyright, privacy, and intellectual-property rights

• Verify the recipient before sending sensitive files

• Keep your device and received files secure

3. File Transfer Disclaimer

Successful file transfer may depend on:

• Network connectivity

• Device compatibility

• Available storage

• File format and size

• iOS permissions

• Device settings

• Connection stability

We do not guarantee that every file transfer will be completed successfully or that all file formats will be supported.

4. Data Loss Disclaimer

You should maintain independent backups of important files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Lost files

• Corrupted files

• Interrupted transfers

• Failed transfers

• Duplicate files

• Accidental deletion

• Device storage failures

5. User-Selected Sharing

You are responsible for selecting the correct files and recipients.

Before transferring a file, verify that:

• The file is intended to be shared

• The recipient is correct

• The content does not contain information you do not intend to disclose

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the App to:

• Transfer illegal content

• Distribute malware or malicious files

• Violate another person's privacy

• Infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights

• Conduct fraudulent activities

• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the App

• Reverse engineer or unlawfully modify the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use or interact with third-party services, including Apple's system services, network services, cloud storage providers, analytics services, and advertising providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interface, design, branding, graphics, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App without appropriate authorization.

9. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available

• Transfers will always succeed

• All devices will be compatible

• All file types will be supported

• Transfer speeds will meet your expectations

• Files will remain unchanged during every transfer

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from file loss, failed transfers, corrupted files, unauthorized sharing caused by user error, or device problems.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
