This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Photo Video Compressor & Editor, developed by Mayur Sutariya.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Photo Video Compressor & Editor provides tools to:
Compress photos and videos
Reduce file sizes
Edit media
Crop, rotate, and resize images and videos
Convert supported media formats
Export and share optimized files
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Edit only media that you own or are authorized to use
Maintain backups of important files
Respect intellectual property rights
Compression and editing may alter:
Image quality
Video quality
Resolution
File size
Metadata
File formats
You should always keep original copies of important files before performing editing or compression.
Although we strive to provide reliable software, we cannot guarantee against:
Data loss
File corruption
Compression artifacts
Unsupported file formats
Device failures
Software conflicts
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their media.
The App may request access to:
Photos
Videos
Files
Camera (if applicable)
Notifications (if applicable)
Some features may not function if permissions are denied.
The App may use third-party services such as:
Apple Photos
iCloud
Files app
Analytics providers
Crash reporting services
Advertising networks
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Edit or distribute copyrighted content without permission
Reverse engineer or modify the App
Circumvent security features
Interfere with the App's operation
The App, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all media formats, or that compression results will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for:
Loss of photos or videos
File corruption
Reduced media quality
Device failures
Business losses
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
