PDF Scanner: Scan Docs & PDF

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of PDF Scanner: Scan Docs & PDF ("App"), developed and published by Mayur Sutariya.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PDF Scanner: Scan Docs & PDF provides tools that may allow users to:
Scan physical documents
Create PDF files
Import images and documents
Convert images into PDFs
Crop and enhance scanned pages
Organize documents
View and manage PDFs
Export and share documents
Features may vary depending on your device and iOS version.
You are responsible for all documents and content you scan, create, import, store, or share using the App.
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Scan and manage documents you are authorized to access
Respect copyright and intellectual-property rights
Keep sensitive documents secure
Maintain backups of important documents
The App is designed to assist with document scanning and PDF creation.
We do not guarantee that:
Every scan will be perfectly accurate
Text recognition will be error-free
All documents will be captured correctly
PDF conversion will preserve every element
Scanned documents will be suitable for official or legal purposes
You should review important documents before relying on or submitting them.
If OCR or text-recognition features are available, recognized text may contain errors due to:
Image quality
Lighting
Handwriting
Font type
Document layout
Language
Image resolution
You are responsible for verifying OCR-generated text.
You should maintain independent backups of important documents.
We are not responsible for:
Lost documents
Corrupted PDFs
Failed scans
Failed exports
Accidental deletion
Device failures
Storage failures
Certain features require access to your camera, Photos, or Files.
If you deny the required permissions, some features may not function properly.
The App may use third-party services including Apple's system services, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, OCR, or crash-reporting services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
You must not use the App to:
Create or distribute fraudulent documents
Forge or unlawfully modify official documents
Scan documents without authorization
Infringe intellectual-property rights
Store or distribute unlawful content
Attempt to bypass security features
Reverse engineer or unlawfully modify the App
The App, including its software, interface, graphics, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete scanning accuracy, OCR accuracy, compatibility with every document type, or error-free PDF generation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from use of the App.
This includes damages resulting from lost documents, inaccurate scans, OCR errors, failed exports, corrupted files, or reliance on documents created using the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
