The App provides NFC reading and wallet-card related utility features designed to help users scan, read, and manage supported NFC-based card information where permitted by the device and applicable laws.
The App is intended for personal, lawful, and informational use only.
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Scan only cards, tags, or NFC items that you own or have permission to access
Not use the App for fraud, theft, unauthorized access, cloning, or misuse
Follow all applicable local laws and regulations
Use NFC-related features responsibly
The App is not a bank, payment processor, financial institution, wallet provider, or card issuer.
The App does not guarantee compatibility with all NFC cards, bank cards, transit cards, access cards, ID cards, or wallet cards. Some cards may be encrypted, restricted, unreadable, or unsupported due to security protections.
The App should not be used as a replacement for official banking, payment, identity, access, or wallet services.
While we try to provide accurate NFC reading functionality, we do not guarantee that scanned information, card details, tag data, or results will always be accurate, complete, readable, or available.
Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.
Certain App features may require device permissions or system access, including:
NFC access
Internet access
Camera access, if QR or card-related scanning is supported
Storage or photos access, if saving or sharing scan results is supported
Notifications, if reminder or alert features are supported
Disabling permissions may reduce or limit App functionality.
The App may use third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud services, Apple services, or other platform tools.
These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, data handling, or issues caused by third-party services.
The App may display advertisements or offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or the applicable payment provider and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
You agree not to:
Use the App to read, copy, clone, or misuse cards without permission
Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App
Interfere with App security, servers, or functionality
Attempt unauthorized access to any system, card, account, or service
Use automated tools to exploit or overload the App
All App-related rights, design, branding, content, code, graphics, features, and materials are owned by Mayur Sutariya, except third-party services, open-source components, or user-generated content where applicable.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use App materials without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayur Sutariya is not liable for:
Inaccurate, incomplete, or unreadable NFC scan results
Unsupported or incompatible cards or tags
Loss of data or device-related issues
Misuse of the App by users
Financial, access, card, or account-related issues
App errors, crashes, downtime, or interruptions
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if misuse, fraud, or harmful activity is detected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws within your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
