GPS Area Measure & Map

This User Agreement governs your use of GPS Area Measure & Map ("App"), developed by Mayur Sutariya.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
GPS Area Measure & Map provides tools for:
GPS area measurement
Distance measurement
Perimeter calculation
Route planning
Map viewing
Saving and managing measurement projects
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure you have permission before measuring or mapping private property
Verify measurements before relying on them for legal, engineering, surveying, construction, or commercial purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
GPS accuracy depends on factors including:
Satellite signal quality
Device hardware
Weather conditions
Buildings and terrain
Internet connectivity
Map provider data
Measurements are estimates and should not be relied upon as certified land surveys.
The App is not a replacement for professional surveying equipment or licensed surveyors.
For legal boundaries, property registration, engineering, or construction projects, consult a qualified professional.
Certain features require access to your device's location.
If location permission is denied, some features may not function correctly.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your saved projects.
We are not responsible for the loss of saved measurements or exported files.
The App may use third-party services including:
Apple Maps
Cloud storage services
Analytics providers
Crash reporting services
Advertising networks
These services are governed by their own policies.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal activities
Misrepresent measurement results
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Interfere with the App's operation
Use the App to violate another person's rights
All software, graphics, branding, and content within the App are owned by or licensed to the developer.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or measurement accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for:
Measurement inaccuracies
GPS errors
Data loss
Business losses
Property disputes
Financial damages
Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
