User Agreement (Terms of Use)

Gallery - Photo Vault & Album

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Gallery - Photo Vault & Album, developed by Mayur Sutariya.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

Gallery - Photo Vault & Album provides tools to:

• View and organize photos and videos

• Create and manage albums

• Store media in a private vault

• Import and export media

• Search and manage your photo library

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Store only content that you own or are authorized to manage

• Respect intellectual property rights

• Keep your vault password, PIN, or authentication credentials secure

• Maintain backups of important photos and videos

3. Private Vault Disclaimer

The App provides privacy features designed to help protect your media.

However:

• You are responsible for maintaining your authentication credentials.

• If recovery features are unavailable, forgotten credentials may result in permanent loss of access to your vault.

• The developer cannot recover encrypted or password-protected content on your behalf.

4. Data Loss Disclaimer

Although we strive to provide reliable software, we cannot guarantee against:

• Data loss

• File corruption

• Accidental deletion

• Device failure

• Software conflicts

Users should maintain independent backups of important media.

5. Permissions

The App may request permission to access:

• Photos

• Videos

• Files

• Notifications (where applicable)

Denying permissions may limit certain features.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

• Apple Photos

• iCloud

• Analytics providers

• Crash reporting services

• Advertising networks

These services operate under their own policies.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Store or distribute unlawful content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• Circumvent security features

• Interfere with the App's operation

8. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, branding, and other content within the App are owned by or licensed to the developer.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete security, or compatibility with all devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mayur Sutariya shall not be liable for:

• Loss of photos or videos

• Forgotten vault passwords or authentication credentials

• Device failures

• Data corruption

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
