Chat Manager: Backup & Restore
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Chat Manager: Backup & Restore (“App”). The App is developed and published by Mayur Sutariya.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Chat Manager: Backup & Restore provides tools that may help users manage, import, export, back up, restore, organize, or store chat-related backup files and documents.
The App does not guarantee compatibility with every chat platform, file format, device, operating system version, or backup type.
You are solely responsible for the data, files, backups, and content you use with the App.
You agree that you will:
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Back up only data that belongs to you or that you are authorized to manage
Keep your backup files safe and secure
Verify important data before deleting, restoring, importing, or exporting files
Follow all applicable laws and platform rules
The App may refer to chat backups, messages, or file management features. However, the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party messaging or chat platform unless clearly stated.
All trademarks, names, and logos belong to their respective owners.
Backup and restore operations involve user data and may depend on file format, storage location, device settings, iOS permissions, and third-party platform limitations.
We do not guarantee that:
Every backup will be created successfully
Every restore will work correctly
All files will remain compatible
Deleted data can always be recovered
Backup files will be error-free or complete
You should always keep an additional copy of important data before using backup, restore, import, export, or delete features.
You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, modification, or failure to restore data, files, messages, media, or backups.
Use the App carefully and at your own risk.
The App may request permissions required for its functionality, such as access to files, storage, documents, or other iOS features.
If you deny permissions, some features of the App may not work properly.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal activities
Access, copy, restore, or manage data without authorization
Misuse the App to violate another person’s privacy
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
Upload or manage harmful, unlawful, or malicious content
Interfere with the App’s normal operation
The App, including its design, features, branding, content, and software, is owned by or licensed to the developer.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
The App may interact with third-party services, such as cloud storage providers, analytics tools, crash reporting services, or advertising networks.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, security, policies, or data practices.
The App may include advertisements, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.
All purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and payment policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data
Failed backup or restore
File corruption
Device issues
Loss of business or profits
Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not provide warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.
