VariAlarm ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the VariAlarm mobile application.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
To help us improve the performance and user experience of VariAlarm, we collect anonymous usage data. This data is not linked to your identity and may include:
Coarse Location: Regional or city-level data derived from your IP address to understand our global user base (no precise GPS coordinates are collected).
App Usage: Launch frequency and aggregated data on which features are most used.
Opt-Out: You can choose to disable the collection of these anonymous analytics at any time through the Settings menu within the VariAlarm app. Once disabled, no further usage data or location-based analytics will be transmitted from your device.
All alarm settings, schedules, and custom configurations are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your specific alarm times or labels.
VariAlarm does not share your data with third-party advertising networks. We have removed all Siri and Voice Assistant integrations; therefore, no voice data or intent data is shared with Apple or any other third-party voice service.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored locally on your device. However, please be aware that no security measure is perfect or impenetrable.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
