This Privacy Policy describes how The X Organization LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the VantaTap mobile application (the "App").

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

VantaTap does not collect any personal information. The App operates entirely offline and does not require any account creation, login, or network connection.

The only data stored locally on your device is:

• Your personal high score (stored only on your device)

• Music on/off preference (stored only on your device)

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

PERMISSIONS

VantaTap requires no special permissions to operate. We do not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or any other device features.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

VantaTap does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection services. There are no ads in this application.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

VantaTap does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for all age groups.

DATA SECURITY

Since all data remains solely on your device and no data is transmitted externally, there is no risk of your information being intercepted during transmission.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
