We accept returns for 14days, if a locker is returned we charge a 20% restocking fee, the reasons behind this is because the lockers are made for you and your van, trying to resell a locker to someone els in your vans finishes takes time and space in my small workshop! unwanted item returns are at your cost.

Lockers and Shelfs needs to be returned in the same packing in the same condition as it arrived to you, Return postage needs to be insured for the full amount and returnd using Parcel Force 48.

It must NOT be fitted to your van with the brackets, as the brackets are fitted unquie to your van (see 'how to fit video) and once holes are drilled it can not be resold.

I take the upmost care when packing the Lockers & Shelfs up, however accidents do happen once out of my hands,

If your locker turns up damaged by the courier please let me know ASAP with photos of whats happened.

 We have only ever had a handful of lockers arrived damaged out of 100s of deliverys and in all cases ive been able to supply a replacment part which just needed swapping over by yourself.

 (replaced and deliverd at our cost).

 Over the years i have learnt the week points of the lockers & Shelfs when in transit and know what the weak points are, i secure these and protect them to hopefully stop any damage.
