Delete Account – VanLaar TSO
VanLaar TSO is an internal-use application. User accounts are created and managed by the administrator.
If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
Steps to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to: info@hmsolutions.nl
2. Include your registered email ID used in the app
3. Mention "Account Deletion Request" in the subject
What data will be deleted:
- User account details (email and profile)
- Task-related data associated with the user
- Uploaded images and documents
Data retention:
- Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or operational purposes
- Retained data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose
Processing time:
- Your request will be processed within 7–10 business days
