Crafting

Blasters can be crafted using 2 iron ingots, 1 netherite ingot, 1 redstone dust, and 1 tripwire hook.

Usage

Shooting

Blasters can be right clicked to shoot a blaster bolt. Blasters do not require any sort of ammo, but do possess a cooldown system. Shooting too often will overheat a blaster, causing it to enter a cooldown phase; one should refer to the heat meter above their hotbar to regulate heat levels.

Blasters have 1395 durability points. Blaster bolts travel 60 blocks and deal 7 damage, but will dissipate underwater.

Trivia

• Unlike other projectiles, blaster bolts are not shot in an arc and are not subject to gravity effects.

• Unlike other projectiles, blaster bolts will not trigger wooden buttons and pressure plates.

• Blaster bolts are not accurate enough to shoot through small gaps, such as gaps in between iron bars.
