Blasters can be crafted using 2 iron ingots, 1 netherite ingot, 1 redstone, and 1 tripwire hook.
Blasters can be fired by holding down the use button. While the blaster is being fired, the player is forced to move at sneaking speed unless they are riding a vehicle or flying with elytra.
Blasters do not require any sort of ammo, but do possess a cooldown mechanic. Shooting too many times in a short period will overheat a blaster, causing it to enter a cooldown phase; one should refer to the heat meter above their hotbar to regulate heat levels.
Blasters have 1561 durability points. Blaster bolts travel 60 blocks and deal 10 damage, but will dissipate underwater.
So Uncivilized - Shoot a blaster
Unlike other projectiles, blaster bolts are not shot in an arc or subject to gravity effects. This makes blasters easier to aim with, but less versatile under certain scenarios.
Unlike other projectiles, blaster bolts will not trigger wooden buttons and pressure plates.
Blaster bolts are not accurate enough to shoot through small gaps, such as gaps in between iron bars.
