If you bought the plugin on eventideaudio.com, you do receive everything immediately after payment, but sales that go through eventidestore.com are processed by our front office and therefore aren't immediate. Yesterday was Thanksgiving holiday, but orders from yesterday should be processed today. So, you should get an email with the serial number and license key today. Our apologies for the wait.

Because we expected a large volume of people trying it, we didn't give it a serial number, so you don't need to register it on eventide.com. As long as you have the license in your iLok account, you'll still be able to participate in any upgrades. The email probably ended up in your junk folder, which you can go fish out.

Hi, I downloaded several plug-in trial versions that I decided to purchase. I have SNs & Keys. Now, do I need to uninstall the trial version & install the licensed one or is the trial converted automatically?

If you do see it, try logging off your system and logging back in. There's a bug in Logic that keeps it from seeing new plug-ins unless you're logged out and logged back in. There's a work-around for the bug in the installer, but it doesn't always work. It would be nice if Apple would fix this bug.

Thank you for this notice of Monterey OS compatibility. Is there a special update procedure for my Eventide plug-ins? Or do I just download and re-install the entire plug-in? And if so, what is that procedure in order to avoid errors. As of now, Logic will no longer recognize my Eventide plugins since I updated to the Monterey OS. Thank you.

Im getting this copying error too for the new installer but using Catalina, it also seems to have stopped my previous installation from showing up in my plugins now so I dont have use of Eventide at all

You could try uninstalling the plugins (/Applications/Eventide/Uninstallers) and reinstalling with the latest from our website. Note that AXII was updated with Apple Silicon support, AXI and AX were not (as they are discontinued).

Given that all of the Anthology X plugins are now included in the new Anthology XI bundle, can I simply download and install Anthology XI, then delete the plugins that are not included in Anthology X, to carry on getting updates?

The big pro is preset lists. We can start by dumping the factory installed presets, knowing that they're still available in the app. Then we work from scratch to build up a preset list. Multiple lists are possible; we can load a new preset list into the pedal (or back from the pedal), whenever we change gigs, sets, or even between songs.

The con is that preset lists, and user-defined presets in general, are not as easily shareable across different devices as I would like. I use my home computer and my phone with the H9. To get presets and lists created on my computer, for example, I need to load the pedal, then load back from my pedal to my phone. A cloud space for presets and lists, tied to the H9's user account, would help a lot. As it is, I need to maintain lists for my custom presets, then transfer via the H9 between my computer and my phone.
