I am happy to discuss Philosophy with all current and future UC students! Official inquiries about declaring the Major or Minor should go to the Undergrad Director, Dr. Lucas Dunlap.
I direct UC's undergraduate Bioethics Certificate. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested!
To add a major, minor, or certificate in the College of Arts & Sciences, fill out this form.

For the Bioethics certificate, look here.
We have a growing group of PhD students at UC who are interested in ethics, moral psychology, social and political philosophy, and related interdisciplinary work. I've had the good fortune to have served on dissertation committees for UC students working on ecological moral psychology, the intersection of ethics and aesthetics, naturalistic metaethics, realism in aesthetics, empathy and emotion-sharing, morality's demandingness, the morality of social movements, the ethics of victimhood, the meaning of life, and more. You can find our placement record here. You can find the topics of my recent graduate seminars under Teaching. Prospective graduate students should submit an application through the official application portal; we welcome applications from students interested in moral philosophy (broadly construed)!
