The community centre was designed with thought to what the community of the area would need. It has multiple programs which include a café that leads into the library with an adjoined seating area, the community resource area/computer lab and an art gallery on the first floor. The second-floor program is a work co. space that has a small lounge, multiple working desks and four meeting rooms that can be used by the community.
Hotel Hideaway provides an escape from the chaos of the city, redefining a connection to nature through a biophilic design that promotes tranquillity and refreshes the senses. With natural design elements such as water, greenery, and wood, guests can immerse themselves in this new space designed to promote relaxation and comfort. Our hotel will also include a café and bar designed as a space isolated from the city where guests can unwind. The hotel's site is at 460 King Street West and was a partner project during my 3rd year.
420 Broadway is for a family of four with Portuguese and Greek cultural backgrounds that are centred around family. The family consist of the parents Jeese and Vera and their two kids Lysanda and Cash. The concept of our project is togetherness and the theme of this design for the clients is family. This project was done during my fourth year and was a partner project.

The fashion office is designed for Anna Pazhava, who is a fashion designer who specializes in haute couture embroidery, millinery techniques, and patternmaking. She is known for her intricate and unique pieces as well as her eye for harmony and detail. This design is inspired by Anna’s style and creative processes, Our concept is “rooted in the beauty of organic forms.” Anna takes inspiration for her designs by taking in her surroundings and absorbing the organic beauty of nature. Our design for the new studio will aim to bring the surrounding elements of the city inwards to blend the organic forms of the existing building, and it will infuse nature into the space. By incorporating natural materials and textured forms, we aim to create a space that reflects Anna’s style and creative approaches. Our main focus of the studio will be creating intentionally built-in and organic column accents that are rooted in the ground and flow up into the ceiling. This was a group project done in my fourth year and uses the Rosalie Sharp Pavilion as the site.
