There are several possible reasons, which you should check:
Open 'iPhone Settings - Apps - Phone - Call Blocking & Identification' section and check that WideProtect-1, -2, -3 etc are enabled there.
Compare incoming phone number and prefix, which you have added to WideProtect. The prefix should have correct 'Length of complete phone number' and the same start digits as incoming call.
For example, you got a call from +44 7897 123456, so in the prefix description you should choose country "UK", set 'Length of complete phone number' to 10 (it is the length of number without country code) and the prefix could be 7897.
In case if you have installed more than one call blocker, the iOS is asking all of them and if at least one not block, but identify the number, iOS will allow it to go through. In this case you usually see the number, and the title of application who allowed the call.
Yes, started from iOS 18, Apple has changed system behaviour - before iOS does not show blocked calls at all, and now they are silently listed in "Missed" list with name of application, which blocked the call. Unfortunately, we cannot change this, and hope that in some of future iOS version they will make it optional.
The reason why you see 80 WideProtects is that iOS allows to block only up to 2 million numbers by one extension. So we have added 80 extensions to block up to 160 million numbers. You can enable all of them in advance (they are not taking memory or energy), and they will be used when needed. Also the app tells you how many extensions you should enable to block all numbers you want (below the prefixes list).
It happens sometimes on older iPhones, please try one of these ways to fix it:
Disable and enable back option 'Settings - Privacy - Tracking - Allow apps to request to track'
Restart iPhone, wait 10 minutes, and then check iPhone Settings again
Unfortunately, blocked calls may be forwarded to voicemail, as it works on mobile operator side (contact your mobile operator for details).
iOS just tells carrier that "abonent is busy" for blocked number.
It happens sometimes, please try these steps:
1) restart iPhone and wait 15 minutes
2) open 'iPhone Settings - Apps - Phone - Call blocking & Identification' and enable this extension, waiting until spinning wheel disappears.
Since the actual number used by “unknown caller” is not known and no carriers share it is internal value, it’s not possible to block it at the receiving phone.

There are several possible reasons, which you should check:
Open 'iPhone Settings - Apps - Messages - Unknown & Spam' section and check that WideProtect SMS Blocker is selected there.
Compare sender phone number or name with keywords and phone number templates, which you have added to the app.
Check the type of message - it is displayed on the top of conversation in Messages app. If it is "iMessage" (not SMS or MMS) - it cannot be blocked, unfortunately, iOS does not allot it.
Also take in mind, that you need to delete spam SMSs, which were received BEFORE you added rules to block them - if they are still in Messages, iOS thinks that you know the sender and will not filter further messages from this sender.
In case if everything is good for you, please send us email, tapping on button "Contact developer" on "Help" screen - it will attach application logs.
Also please attach screenshot with SMS.
It is iOS universal message, because all SMS blockers can use two options:
make a decision on the device (offline)
send text and sender number to own server (online) and make a decision by server response.
Our application uses only first option, because it blocks SMS based on keywords and phone number patterns, which are saved locally.
