While we do try to make sure every product and service exceeds your every expectations, we know that sometimes things don't work out the way we planned. To remedy this, we accept returns and partial refunds. The reason for only a partial refund rather than a full refund is because we lose commission to our eCommerce services.

You have a 30 day return period from the date of invoice for digital codes.
You have a 15 day return period from the date of receiving your printed item.
Prints that have been broken or are missing parts are eligible for a refund, however the amount refunded is dependent on repairability of item.
If you have accidentally broken your print, you may be eligible for a repair for a low cost.
The repair covers a professionally adhering of broken parts, and even reprinting of missing parts to be attached.
