**Information for booking**
Reservation Payment: To reserve, please e-transfer $20 to hold your spot (a portion of the rental fee). You will need to pay the remainder at pickup. Please see info below for e-transfer details. We take cash or e-transfer only.
Security Deposit: Please also note that an additional security deposit of $200 is requested upon pickup of the equipment. This is returned when you return the equipment back.

Dates: We are a home business and are by appointment only. Please provide the preferred date and hour of pick-up and drop-off. Please allow minimum 1 day notification if your plans change and we will try our best to accommodate.

There is a contract to sign when we meet and we will need to see your valid BC photo ID. The damage deposit for each device will be returned to you once we receive the battery in the same condition.
On the day of pick up or equipment return, please call 236-998-8223 at least 15 mins before arrival to ensure someone will be able to meet with you.
Changed your mind? If you decide not to rent, please let me know minimum 3 days in advance and the money can be refunded.
