This Privacy Policy explains how EvoTech Innovation ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the VANBOOK mobile application ("the App"). VANBOOK is a fee-tracking tool for school van drivers. By installing or using VANBOOK, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google or Apple.
Business data you enter: student names, parent names, phone numbers, pickup/drop addresses, monthly fee amounts, payment records, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device in a private SQLite database and is not transmitted to our servers.
b) Information accessed with your permission
Contacts: when you choose to add a student or parent from your phone contacts, we read only the contact you select. We do not upload, share, or back up your contact list.
SMS and Share: when you send a payment reminder or invoice, the App hands the message to your default SMS app or share sheet. We do not send messages on your behalf in the background.
Storage: used to save generated PDF invoices to your device.
c) Information collected automatically
Authentication tokens, managed by Firebase Authentication to keep you signed in.
Advertising identifiers: Google AdMob may collect your device advertising ID and limited usage data to serve ads. See Section 4.
Crash and diagnostic data via Firebase to help us fix bugs. No personal business data is included.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information to:
Authenticate you and keep you signed in.
Store and display the fee records you create.
Show ads to users on the free tier.
Improve stability and fix crashes.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business data (students, parents, payments) for advertising or analytics.
Data Storage and Security
All business data is stored locally on your device.
Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
Uninstalling VANBOOK deletes the local database. Please export or back up your records before uninstalling.

AdMob may collect device identifiers and serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalisation").
Children's Privacy
VANBOOK is intended for adult van drivers and operators. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
You can at any time:
Access your data: it lives on your device and is visible in-app.
Delete your data: by deleting individual records, clearing app data in Android Settings, or uninstalling the App.
Delete your account: email evotechnologiesinnovation@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my VANBOOK account" and we will remove your authentication record within 30 days.
Export your data: use the in-app invoice and share features.
Data Retention
Local data is retained on your device until you delete it.
Firebase authentication records are retained until you request deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on the listing page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
