TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Please read them thoroughly, and reach out beforehand if you have any questions or concerns. Failure to abide by my terms of service will result in you being blacklisted from being able to obtain any future commissions or requests.
I WILL NOT SELL TO NAZIFURS, TERFS, COPS, OR CRYPTOBROS.
MY ART IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR AI TRAINING OF ANY KIND.
I WILL NOT SELL TO ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
Will Not Draw
- Any offensive themes such as but not limited to: Homophobia. racism, sexism, transphobia, xenophobia, etc.
- Heavy gore.
- Copyrighted characters (will accept pokesonas on a case by case basis)
- Designs or items that may insensitively appropriate the culture of any group that the commissioner does not belong to.
- Props or themes involving or regarding the military or police
- Real people
-Feral NSFW
-NSFW of characters that are or are inferred to be under 18
Will Draw
- Anthropomorphic animals
- Humans/Humanoids
- Feral Animals (SFW ONLY)
- NSFW of Anthro characters
- Most kinks (just ask!)
- Blood/ Mild gore/ Candy gore
- Pet Portraits
- All body types
PAYMENT
-All prices are in USD and are non-negotiable.
- Payment must be complete before I start on your commission.
- Do not send payment before I accept your commission.
-100% of payment is required up-front for any orders under $250.
-Orders over $250 can have up to a 1 month payment plans, with 50% down. Order must be completely payed for before work will begin.
TURNAROUND TIMES AND DEADLINES
-My average turn around time is 2-8 weeks. However I am disabled and have bouts of time where I am unable to work on art so that timeline is rough and is subject to change. If I will go beyond 8 weeks, I will do my best to communicate that.
-I don't work with hard deadlines. If you need art by a certain time let me know and I will let you know if that's something I can do. I will do my best to finish by the deadline but I cannot guarantee it.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Artists are not banks. Please make sure that you can afford the commission before you order it.
- If you request a refund, and the art hasn't been started yet, you will be refunded the whole amount.
- If you request a refund after work has started, refunds are no longer available.
- If I cancel your commission at any point, I will refund you the whole amount.
CHARACTER REFERENCES
- You must have an up-to-date VISUAL reference sheet (or a piece by another artist if it's clear enough) I do not work with written references/descriptions.
- ABSOLUTELY NO AI generated references
WIPS AND REVISIONS
- On any pieces larger than a sketch, I will provide WIPs along every step of the process (sketch, lines, color, etc)
- If there is anything you see that you would like changed at the current step, let me know and I will change/adjust it. Make sure you take a good look at the WIP before you approve it. If I have to go back to previous steps to change something that you missed, an additional fee may be charged.
- I will allow 3 free changes to the sketch stage, after that limit is reached each additional change will be $10. I will allow 2 changes past the sketch stage, after that limit is reached additional change will be $15.
- If the error is on my part of misreading the design or forgetting something that was in the ref/commission description, you will not be charged.
- Please have all the details of your commission ready when you order it. If you add details scattered through multiple messages, I may miss it. So make sure to include any references for clothing, backgrounds, accessories (earrings, etc.), if not already specified on your character ref-sheet, at the start of your commission, otherwise i will assume artistic liberty.
- Once the finished work has been approved and sent in full, the commission will be marked as completed and I will not make any further changes.
