The Project

Over the course of the semester, I have explored different domains of change theory such as educational, organizational, and cultural change theory in order to understand how change works in an organization or culture and what key factors are required for change initiatives to be effective. Through the course of this literature review, I have continued to relate my readings back to Olin's culture of innovation. Using this review and the quantitative data from the Argosy Study conducted by Jon Stolk and Tess Edmonds, I have looked specifically at faculty responses to understand where a perceived lack of alignment of values is inhibiting a thriving culture of innovation.
