Valoosh Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Valoosh mobile application (the "App") handles information when you use it. Valoosh is an independent app developed by an individual developer (the "Developer") and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

By using the App, you accept the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we do NOT collect directly

Valoosh does not ask you to create an account, nor does it request your name, email, phone number, address, or other personally identifying information to work. We do not collect or store that kind of information on our own servers.

2. Information that is processed

a) Preferences stored on your device

The App stores your preferences locally on your device, such as your chosen language and currency. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to the Developer.

b) Item values (Firebase / Google Cloud)

The App queries a database hosted on Firebase (Google Firestore) to display up-to-date item values. These queries may involve the processing of technical data (such as your IP address and device data) by Google as the infrastructure provider.

c) Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, approximate usage data, and device data. This information is managed by Google.

d) Purchases and subscriptions (RevenueCat + app store)

If you buy the Pro version (ad-free), the purchase is processed through the app store (Google Play) and managed with RevenueCat, which assigns an anonymous identifier to recognize your subscription status and to allow you to restore purchases. We do not receive or store your card or payment method details; that is handled exclusively by the store.

3. Third-party providers

The App uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

4. Personalized advertising and your control

You can limit personalized advertising and reset your advertising identifier from your device settings:

Android: Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Children

Valoosh is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor, use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Where applicable, advertising is configured in accordance with the families policies of the respective platforms.

6. Security

We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data processed by the third-party providers mentioned above is subject to each provider's security measures.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this same address and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
