ValoHub is an unofficial companion app for VALORANT players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. VALORANT and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
This policy explains exactly what ValoHub collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to match the Data Safety declaration we publish on Google Play.

Our own server runs at api.sesoftware.net. Anything described below as stored on our server is stored there.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
Account and identity. Your Riot ID (name and tag), display name, PUUID and region. We use these to identify your account and show you your own in-game data.
Riot session tokens. When you sign in to Riot through the app, the resulting session tokens are kept in encrypted storage on your device and on our server. We need them on the server so the app can refresh your store and send you store and match notifications while you are not using the app. We never see or store your Riot password.
Device identifiers. Your advertising identifier, a push notification token and a device identifier, together with your platform, app version, language and time zone. We use these to deliver push notifications, to show ads, and to measure app and ad performance.
Purchase information. Product ID, purchase token and order details for purchases you make through Google Play Billing. We use these to verify your premium subscription and unlock ad-free features. We never receive or store your card or payment details; those stay with Google.
Content you create. Clips you choose to upload, community posts and comments. We store these so they can be shown in the app where you chose to share them.
In-app activity. Wishlist items, notification preferences, leaderboard scores, puzzle results and similar in-app interactions, so features work and we can see which features are used.
Messages. When you send a chat message through the app, the message text passes through our server only to deliver it as a push notification to the person you sent it to. It is handled in memory for that single request and is not stored on our server.
WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect your location. We do not collect your contacts, calendar, audio, files, or any photos or videos other than the clips you choose to upload. We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number or postal address. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication or Cloud Firestore. We do not sell your personal data.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
Advertising. ValoHub shows ads, and your advertising identifier is shared with our advertising partners so that ads can be served and measured. Those partners are Google AdMob, Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). They process it under their own privacy policies.
Service providers. The following process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver push notifications; Groq, to generate AI Coach responses from your match statistics; Cloudflare, to route and protect traffic to our server; and Google Play Billing, to process purchases.
Riot Games. When you sign in, the app authenticates directly with Riot Games through the official Riot login, at your request.
Apart from the above we do not share your personal data with any other third party, and we never sell it.
ADS AND YOUR CHOICES
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we show a Google consent form before personalised ads are used, and you can change your choice at any time from the app settings. On iOS we ask for App Tracking Transparency permission before any tracking, and you may decline. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time from Settings, Google, Ads. A premium subscription removes ads from the app.
HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA, AND DELETION
We keep the data described above for as long as you keep using the app. Chat message text is never stored at all. If you want your data deleted, email valostore.mobile@gmail.com with your Riot ID and we will delete your account data from our server within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
SECURITY
All traffic between the app, our server, Riot Games and our partners is encrypted in transit with HTTPS or TLS. Riot session tokens are held in the operating system's encrypted secure storage on your device.
CHILDREN
ValoHub is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.
WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Our server is operated from Turkiye. The service providers and advertising partners listed above may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email valostore.mobile@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we make a material change we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
