Joseph Barrera - Sports Performance Coach / Trainer
Joseph Barrera is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach who specializes in strength, movement quality, and long-term athletic development.
His coaching focuses on helping clients build real physical capability through intelligent strength training, movement skill, and sustainable habits.
Joe holds certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement through NASM, along with Precision Nutrition Level 1. He also coaches varsity soccer and track, where he works with athletes on speed, power, and resilience.
Whether working with athletes or adults looking to move and feel better, Joe’s approach emphasizes building strength, improving movement, and developing the kind of fitness that carries over into everyday life. His goal is simple: help people become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies.
Kaylee Poppo- Personal Trainer
Kaylee Poppo is an ISSA-certified personal trainer who brings energy, compassion, and a strong belief in the power of healthy habits to everything she does. She is passionate about helping people build routines that support both physical and mental well-being, and she believes fitness should empower individuals to live stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.
Kaylee specializes in working with teens, women, and individuals living with chronic illness, creating supportive and personalized approaches that meet people where they are. Her goal is to help every client feel capable, encouraged, and proud of the progress they make whether they are just starting their fitness journey or looking to build on an existing routine.
At the gym, Kaylee will be leading Boot Camps on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 PM – 5:45 PM, bringing motivation and accountability to early morning workouts. She will also be available for training on Fridays and by appointment. DKaylee is dedicated to helping her clients develop sustainable habits, build strength, and feel their best inside and outside the gym.
