This very rare classic VW Beetle was a ground up body restoration. We stripped the shell to bare metal before individually preparing and painting the body shell and each body panel over numerous stages. These included :
Fine filler work to ensure a perfectly smooth finish
Three coats of high build primer - wet sanding between coats
Three coats of original Pearl Grey paint - expertly matched to retain authenticity
Three coats of clear coat lacquer - buffed to a mirror shine.

We sourced the rare body panels required to repair it to its former glory and then, at the owner's request, turned it into a mint show car.
