At Valley View Baptist Church, we hold firm to the teachings of the Bible regarding financial stewardship. We acknowledge that God is the Creator, the ultimate source, and the Lord of all that we possess (Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16-17). As temporary stewards of His resources, we strive to use them wisely for His glory.

Our belief in tithing—regularly giving 10 percent of our income to the local church—is rooted in scripture (Malachi 3:10; 2 Corinthians 9:6-7). Beyond the tithe, we encourage cheerful and generous giving as God blesses and guides us.

Valley View Baptist Church is delighted to offer online giving options for our members and guests. However, to promote financial responsibility and avoid unnecessary debt, we kindly request contributions via check or bank debit cards. We believe that living free from debt allows us to follow God’s direction more faithfully (Proverbs 22:7).
