Val'kyra are ascended warriors; sisters of whom fought valiantly alongside the Banshee Queen in war and received her ethereal blessing. This group of primarily females follow in their Queen's tracks as they traverse the lands of Helvalla and Ulfrheim, doing her bidding to seek out and eradicate the twisted.

Darkness was sweeping across the lands once again. With the portal to Helvalla opened, certain shadowy figures were beginning to creep their way back into the light of day and bring havoc. From atop the peaks of Fenrir's Incisor, an armored lass made her appearance, taking position on the cliff's edge. Her eyes burned a bright red as she took in a deep breath and let loose her banshee shriek. Sylvanas' cry echoed across the lands, "Sisters of war! The time has come. Join me in battle once more, and together we shall cleanse these lands!"
