Valiant Sports Group – Inner Circle Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: The date on which the Member completes registration and payment
Program: Inner Circle Membership
Provider: Valiant Sports Group (“VSG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

1. Membership Term

This membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the Effective Date. Membership does not automatically renew unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Membership Overview

The Inner Circle is a paid annual membership program that provides athletes with:

• Access to information and guidance regarding athletic development and career pathways

• Opportunities to apply for tours, events, showcases, and placements

• Limited communication with VSG staff regarding athletic goals

Membership does not guarantee placement, contracts, or selection into any program or opportunity.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy

All membership payments and event fees are strictly non-refundable.

3.2 Limited Refund Exception (Onboarding Clause)

A refund may only be issued if:

• The Member is not onboarded into the program within seven (7) days of payment, and

• The delay is solely due to VSG’s failure to initiate onboarding

Outside of this condition, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with opportunities

• Scheduling conflicts

• Missed events or travel

• Performance-related outcomes

4. Non-Exclusive Representation

This agreement is non-exclusive.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• VSG staff may represent you in a non-exclusive capacity

• You are free to seek or maintain representation from other agents, organizations, or entities

• VSG is not obligated to secure contracts or opportunities on your behalf

5. Communication Policy

• Members seeking to speak with a VSG Associate or Partner must request a meeting

• All meeting requests must be submitted through:

  • The Membership Director, or

  • An official Calendly scheduling link provided by VSG

Unscheduled or direct outreach to staff may not be responded to.

6. Access, Services, and Limitations

6.1 Scope of Access

Membership includes:

• Access to the Inner Circle platform

• Eligibility to apply for VSG opportunities

• General guidance from VSG staff (based on availability)

6.2 No Guarantee of Availability

VSG does not guarantee:

• Immediate or consistent staff access

• Acceptance into any event or opportunity

• Matches that align with your preferences or profile

7. No Guarantee of Placement

VSG does not guarantee:

• Professional contracts

• Team placement

• Scholarships or employment opportunities

All outcomes are based on performance, demand, and third-party decision-makers.

8. Athlete Responsibility & Conduct

8.1 Performance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your performance in any event, tour, or opportunity.

VSG is not liable for:

• Being cut, released, or not selected

• Contract termination or non-renewal

8.2 Conduct Standards

You agree to:

• Maintain professionalism at all times

• Follow all rules and expectations of events and teams

• Communicate promptly with VSG staff when required

Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from opportunities without refund.

9. Events, Tours, and Additional Fees

9.1 Service Fee Structure

Fees for tours, events, or placements may include:

• Administrative and operational costs

• Staff compensation

• Logistics, housing, and travel coordination

• Uniforms (if applicable)

These fees are service-based and do not guarantee outcomes.

9.2 Travel Responsibility

If you:

• Miss a flight

• Arrive late

• Fail to attend

You are not entitled to any refund, and all additional costs are your responsibility.

10. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.
VSG is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

11. Program Modifications

VSG reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the program at any time.
Such changes do not entitle Members to refunds.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSG is not liable for:

• Injuries or damages during participation

• Travel disruptions or missed opportunities

• Decisions made by teams, coaches, or third parties

• Any indirect or consequential damages

13. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

• This is a non-refundable, non-guaranteed membership

• This is a non-exclusive relationship

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
