I am an associate Professor at the University of Virginia. Before coming to UVA I was a postdoctoral Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. I completed my Ph.D degree in Mathematics in June 2016 at the University of Chicago under the supervision of Professor Kazuya Kato. I am originally from Greece and I received a B.A. and M.S. degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Here is a copy of my CV.
I am interested in Arithmetic Geometry and more specifically in the arithmetic of algebraic cycles, the artihmetic of curves and abelian varieties, Galois cohomology and p-adic Hodge theory.
My research is partially supported by the NSF grant DMS- 2302196.
I am one of the founding members of the network Greek Women in Mathematics, founded in July 2021, for which I currently serve as a member of the executive committee. In July 2026 we are organizing the 3rd Workshop of the network to be held at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
