About & Experience

Val is an aspiring Chicago based Lighting Designer who graduated from The Cambridge School of Weston with the class of 2025. They have committed to DePaul University's Theatre School for undergrad. They have experience lighting for dramatic productions, musicals, live music, and dance performances. 

During their time at CSW, Val served as the lighting head for two production years which culminated into 8 productions of varying types.

In their free time, Val enjoys listening to and discovering new music, a good trip to the thrift store, spending time in the art and clay studio, and getting outside for rock climbing.
