Matirang, having worked in the industry after being trained under PM`s Skill India Mission under Special Project of PMKVY has led a significant example of migration for women, inspiring and empowering other women of NE, setting an example for the youth to follow. The way she has moved from a MHA relief Camp in NE, breaking all barriers and establishing a community in a far way geography and creating an identify for her community in the manufacturing industry is simply so inspiring. She is Currently placed at KPR Mills. Over the years, she had moved up to Team Lead position and have successfully grow in in her career with bright prospects
