Welcome! I'm an experienced talent management professional with a career dedicated to coaching individuals, conducting leadership and executive assessments, and providing strategic talent management advisory services. What sets me apart is a unique blend of purpose-driven coaching, scientifically informed assessments, and an appreciation for the artistry of leadership.
My career is defined by a commitment to empowering individuals to develop awareness about their current situation and define a path toward their ideal outcomes. I'm deeply passionate about providing the tools and support for individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, infusing each coaching journey with a sense of purpose.
As I've reflected on my two decades of professional experience, the core theme of what energizes me comes down to this: I genuinely love helping others to reach their full potential.

Certifications and Credentials
My academic journey began with earning a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University. After spending a number of years in corporate, I earned my M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. From here, I began my I/O consulting career, leveraging and building upon both academic and professional experiences to advise clients on designing job relevant and legally defensible selection systems in addition to providing strategic guidance on talent management systems spanning the breadth of the employee life cycle for Fortune 500 companies. During these subsequent 14+ years, I earned credentials and certifications that further focused my own growth as a professional coach.
I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), am a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and am pursuing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. I'm certified in administering, interpreting, and debriefing clients on the Hogan Personality Index (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). I have also earned my professional certificate in Career Coaching and Navigation from Goodwill Industries International, and a specialization in Organizational Leadership in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Rice University. Additionally, I'm a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) and am an active member with the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
