I am a Ph.D. in Software, Systems, and Computing at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. My dissertation aims to facilitate applying agile methods at the organizational level in software development companies (or departments) according to performance improvement models. I am assistant Professor at Universidad Austral de Chile, and co-founder and CEO of a small Chilean company that focuses on process improvement through agile practices.
