I am co-founder and CEO of Ionworks. Ionworks is building the modern software stack for batteries, powered by PyBaMM.

Before this, I did a PhD at Oxford and then postdocs at University of Michigan and then Carnegie Mellon University, working on developing fast and accurate electrochemical models for batteries and fuel cells.

I am also a co-creator and core developer of the open-source battery modeling package PyBaMM.

Outside of work, I'm a keen cyclist, and have previously been an active runner, swimmer, and rower. Follow me on Strava!
