Welcome to the Valentine Hills Elementary PTO! Whether you're new to our school community or a returning family, we're so glad you're here. Our Parent Teacher Organization is at the heart of what makes Valentine Hills such a special place to learn and grow.
What is a PTO?
A PTO — Parent Teacher Organization — is a volunteer-led group made up of parents, guardians, teachers, and school staff who work together to support and enrich the educational experience of every student at Valentine Hills Elementary. The PTO does this by raising funds and then dispersing the funds into the school. The PTO serves to bridge the gap between available resources and what teachers/staff and students need to thrive. This includes but not limited to classroom supplies, fun and additional field trips, classroom parties, playground equipment, family fun nights and staff appreciation.
Unlike a school district or administration, the PTO is independently organized and run by our community. We raise funds, plan events, and advocate for the needs of our students and teachers.
What does our PTO do?
Fund classroom supplies, technology, and learning materials beyond the school budget
