We remind you that the deadline to register and submit a talk proposal is October 10, 2023. We invite everyone who is going to participate to register as soon as possible. Registration is available at

This is the first announcement of the "7th International Workshop on Singularities in Geometry and Applications" also known as "València VII", which will be held in Fortaleza, Brazil, from the 19th to the 24th of November 2023. This is the 7th edition of a workshop which began in València in 2009 and since then has been held in odd years in Bedlewo, Edinburgh, Kobe and Kyoto, Mexico City and back in València in 2019 (with an interval in 2021 due to the global pandemic).
