If you are an absolute beginner here is what's involved in a first-time introductory pole dance lesson with Valencia.
What to Bring/Wear: Bring your water bottle, towel and wear shorty shorts and a singlet shirt if you don't have pole gear. We have floor boards so it is also nice to wear socks, (high heels come later!).
Its about you: The lesson will be tailored to you/ your physical ability and below is an example or the main elements. Remember to ask questions and also communicate what you would like to learn.
