Online reviews should always be taken with a grain of salt- but, when I appreciate someone, I think it's important to spread the word. I met Gil less than a day and a half ago to smog my car for registration and he told me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced as it was not CA legal (it had been replaced at a shop out of state after a theft). Nobody wants to hear that, obviously. I have never agreed to have ANY repair, let alone an expensive one done by someone I just met, but I had zero doubts about Gil. I *immediately* trusted him, so I went with him, and he ordered the cat and replaced it today. At a VERY fair price. Some people look for trustworthy mechanics for years before finding one... but in a very bad month, happening upon Gil gives me hope my luck is turning. He has regular loyal customers in us now. R D
Gilbert is a master!!!! Literally got my 83 Toyota pickup smogged that wouldn’t pass anywhere else. He figured out the problem and it passed. Definitely has a customer for life
In and out, quick and easy. Hard to find on my gps because address led me to the front building. Oh well can't complain. f
Great people. 5 years and no complaints at all. Very honest. Very dedicated, and the good part is that you will wait there no more than 10 minutes.
Gilbert is the best. Such a nice and honest mechanic. He has worked on my husband's work vans for multiple mechanical issues and has always been able to either fix the issue or assisted /directed him in getting the probem corrected by someone trustworthy. We also have all five of our vehicles smogged there. We give 5 stars to this business without hesitation! Happy customers signing off... 👍😊💯 Stefanie Duarte
