Bio: We are Valea. We are a San Diego based metal band. Although there are many subgenres of metal, we try not to give ourselves a specific genre despite how much we are asked! We are a band who likes to experiment with groovy riffs, melody, and string made miscellaneous effects to add to the songs but also adding hits and screams aiming for a heavier sound. Formed in late August of 2023, the band consists of vocalist and bassist AJ Alvarez, backup vocalist and guitarist Zack Martin, and drummer Zach Rodriguez.
Highlights and Achievements!:
As of now, Valea is currently done writing our EP. We are going to be releasing our "demo / live version" on Bandcamp soon! As we sort things out for recording and producing our "studio version" of the EP, we will also be writing our album in hope of following the EP soon after.
