Working on an AI-powered recruitment platform for the technical and semi-professional workforce. Building specialized Chatbots, recommender engines, testing, and up-skilling solutions for candidate pool.

Created an end-to-end testing framework for testing, using chatbot simulations to cover the dynamic scenario generation with checks in place.

Visiting AI Researcher (remote)

[Aug 2020 - Present]

Working on understanding depression-related structural changes in patients with mild depression.

Implemented a 2D slice-based CNN classifier, extended with triplet contrastive training. To derive meaningful triplets, designed triplet choosing scheme with positive-negative slices from same region. Discovered primary issue of 'false label propagation', which was first identified in action recognition literature.


To add domain specific inductive biases, used free-surfer to extract morphometric measures and trained ML models to classify. Proposed the regions from feature importance as potential bio-markers. The detailed study paper is currently underway.

Deep Learning Intern

[Mar 2020 - Sep 2020]

Worked on KYC compliance module of partial ID detection for the fintech sector. Worked on data imbalance using various augmentations, focal loss, contrastive loss and semi-supervised training. Proposed SimCLR-like unsupervised data augmentation for pre-training with triplet loss and semi-hard online mining. Also added semi-supervised reconstruction objective.


Worked on end-to-end pipeline from data loaders, developing algorithms to benchmarking and deployment.

Sally Robotics is an 'Indian Autonomous Vehicles' research group by robotics researchers at the Centre for Robotics & Intelligent Systems, BITS Pilani, and spearheaded by Prof. Bijay Kumar Rout. The research group aims to develop a truly autonomous car for the challenging Indian Roads.

I was associated with the development of the computer vision subsystem to achieve complete spatial perception for the Autonomous Vehicle.
