I am an experienced Postdoctoral Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical power engineering from the University of Tabriz, in 2008 and 2011, respectively, and my Ph.D. degree from Shahid Beheshti University, in 2017. I was working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy, in 2018 and 2019. My project was related to new demand response programs. Then I joined North China Electric Power University as an invited researcher for a short time. At the moment, I am with dep. of EE at University College Cork, and I am working on my second postdoctoral research project, CENTS (Cooperative Energy Trading System). CENTS is a unique project in which a software solution for a blockchain-enabled cooperative peer-to-peer energy trading platform will be provided, and necessary hardware requirements and market/regulatory strategies will be proposed.
