1. Introduction

Welcome to StackiZoo! This Privacy Policy describes how Vahid Seyidov ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in relation to your use of the StackiZoo game (“app”).

Your privacy, and your child's privacy, is extremely important to us. We designed StackiZoo with privacy as a core principle, especially because our App is intended for enjoyment by users of all ages, including children. This policy is intended to be clear and transparent about our data practices (or lack thereof).

This Privacy Policy applies to the StackiZoo App only. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Plain Language Summary: We take your privacy seriously. StackiZoo does NOT collect any personal information from you or your child. The game works entirely offline regarding data collection. Any game progress, scores, or unlocked items are saved only on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.

2. Commitment to Children's Privacy (COPPA & Global Standards)

StackiZoo is designed for a general audience, including children under the age of 13. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and relevant data protection laws worldwide, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles applicable to children.

We do NOT knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in other jurisdictions). The App is designed to function without needing such information. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. 3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be exceptionally clear: StackiZoo does NOT collect, store, use, or share any Personal Information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Real names, usernames, or aliases

• Email addresses

• Phone numbers

• Physical addresses or specific locations (GPS or otherwise)

• Photos, videos, or audio recordings created within the app or accessed from the device

• Contacts or friend lists

• Birthdates or specific ages

• Persistent identifiers such as Device ID, Advertising ID (IDFA/AAID), IP Address, MAC address, or other unique hardware identifiers.

• Any financial or payment information.

• Any biometric information.

Furthermore, we do NOT integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or other tools designed to collect usage data or track users. The only exception is the underlying game engine, as detailed below (Section 6).

4. Information Stored Locally (On Your Device ONLY)

To provide the core game experience, StackiZoo needs to save certain game-related data. This data is stored ONLY locally on your device and is NEVER transmitted to us or any third party. This locally stored data includes:

• Game progress (e.g., current level, unlocked features)

• High score achieved

• In-game currency (coins) earned through gameplay

• Unlocked animal sets or other cosmetic items earned through gameplay

• Game settings or preferences chosen by the user (e.g., sound volume)

This data is essential for the App to function as intended (e.g., saving your score). It remains entirely on your device and is under your control. You can typically clear this data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.

5. How We Use Information

Since we do NOT collect Personal Information or usage data, we do NOT use information for:

• Tracking users across apps or websites

• Building user profiles

• Targeted advertising

• Sharing with third parties

• Any purpose other than the core functioning of the game using data stored only on the user's device.

The locally stored data is used solely to:

• Save game state and progress.

• Track high scores for personal challenge.

• Manage earned in-game currency and unlocks.

• Remember user settings within the App.

6. Third-Party Services & SDKs

StackiZoo does NOT integrate any third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) for purposes such as:

• Advertising (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network)

• Analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Unity Analytics)

• Social Media integration (e.g., Facebook Login)

• Data collection

Game Engine: StackiZoo is developed using the Unity game engine. Unity Technologies, the provider of the engine, may collect certain diagnostic data automatically as part of the engine's operation. This typically includes aggregated, anonymous or pseudonymous information about device hardware (e.g., device model, OS version), engine performance, and crash reports. This data is collected by Unity Technologies for the purpose of improving and stabilizing their engine across various devices. We do not access, receive, store, or utilize this engine-level diagnostic data collected by Unity. 7. Advertising

StackiZoo contains NO advertising of any kind. We do not display ads from third parties, nor do we promote our other products within the App in a way that would constitute advertising under Google Play's definition (e.g., no ad banners, interstitials, or disruptive promotions).

8. In-App Purchases

StackiZoo contains NO In-App Purchases (IAPs). All content and features are accessible through gameplay where applicable.

9. Data Sharing

We do NOT share any data with third parties because we do not collect any Personal Information or usage data from the App.

10. Parental Rights (COPPA & GDPR)

Parents and legal guardians have rights regarding their children's online privacy. Under COPPA and GDPR, these rights typically include:

• The right to review the personal information collected from their child.

• The right to request the deletion of personal information collected from their child.

• The right to refuse further collection or use of their child's personal information.

Since StackiZoo does not collect any Personal Information, there is no data held by us for parents to review or request deletion of. If you wish to remove the locally stored game data (like high scores or progress), you can do so by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

We encourage parents to supervise their children's online activities and discuss online safety with them.

11. Data Security

We take the responsibility of creating a safe app seriously. While we do not collect or transmit user data, the game data stored locally on your device is protected by the standard security measures of your mobile operating system.

12. Data Retention

We do not collect or retain any user data on our servers. Data stored locally on your device is retained until you choose to delete it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

13. Links Within The App

We prioritize a safe and contained experience within StackiZoo. The App is designed to operate without linking to external websites, social media platforms, or other third-party services during gameplay.

The only exception is a direct link to this Privacy Policy document hosted online. This link is provided within the App solely for your reference and transparency, allowing you to easily access the most up-to-date version of our privacy practices. Clicking this link will open your device's web browser to view the policy. No other external links are present within the App.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
