PRIVACY POLICY FOR BLOCK PUZZLES

Vagabond Games Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Block Puzzles mobile game (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.

INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE GAME

Block Puzzles stores game progress, points, settings, and personal play statistics locally on your device so the Game can function. We do not operate our own account system or server for this locally stored information.

If you choose to use the rankings feature, Google Play Games Services may process your Google Play Games profile and leaderboard score to provide sign-in and leaderboard functionality. This information is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policies.

ANALYTICS

Block Puzzles uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used and to improve gameplay.

Firebase Analytics may process information such as:

• App launches and sessions

• Gameplay interactions and events

• Games started, completed, failed, skipped, or reset

• Use of gameplay features such as Undo

• Scores, engagement time, and session duration

• App version

• Device model and operating-system information

• Approximate geographic information

• Device or advertising identifiers where available

We use aggregated analytics to understand daily, weekly, and monthly active users, player retention, game popularity, gameplay outcomes, engagement, app-version adoption, and advertising campaign performance.

We do not send player names, email addresses, Google Play Games IDs, board contents, or other directly identifying gameplay information to Firebase Analytics.

ADVERTISING

The Game uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. This may include:

• IP address, which may estimate general location

• App interactions such as launches, taps, and ad views

• Diagnostic information such as app performance

• Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available

Advertising-related information is encrypted in transit. Google may use this information to deliver, measure, limit, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising.

Users in regions where consent is required may be shown Google’s privacy and consent choices. Players can review or change applicable privacy choices using the Privacy button inside Block Puzzles.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

• Save local game progress and preferences

• Provide Google Play Games sign-in and leaderboard features when used

• Understand how the Game and its individual puzzle modes are used

• Measure engagement, retention, and gameplay outcomes

• Improve game balance, performance, and usability

• Display and measure advertising

• Diagnose performance, security, and fraud issues

• Measure advertising campaign effectiveness

SHARING

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and related Google services as described in this policy. These services process information according to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

CONSENT AND PRIVACY CHOICES

Where legally required, consent choices are collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform.

These choices may control analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising personalization, and advertising user data. Players can reopen applicable privacy choices using the Privacy button inside the Game.

Device-level advertising controls may also be available through Android or the user’s Google Account.

RETENTION AND DELETION

Local game data remains on your device until you reset the Game’s data or uninstall the Game.

Google Play Games, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Google advertising data are retained and managed by Google according to its policies, retention settings, and account controls.

If you contact us about privacy, we retain the information in your message only as long as needed to respond and address the request.

CHILDREN

Block Puzzles is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game or its services change. We will post the updated policy at the same public URL and revise the effective date.
