DM:
DM in this context stands for “Dramaturge” and is the person in charge of running events and eventlines. A DM knows the mechanical systems of Vadratha like the back of their hands and will lead groups of players through events. This is the same concept as a GM or “Game Master” in the context of TTRPGs.
Advantage:
When rolling for advantage, a die is rolled twice and the higher outcome is used.
Disadvantage:
When rolling for disadvantage, a die is rolled twice and the lower outcome is used.
Stats:
The part of your character’s build which determines their mechanical attributes.
AC:
Armour Class, or the number needed in dice rolls in order to hit a person in combat.
DC:
Difficulty CLass, or the number needed in dice rolls in order to do an action as decided by a DM.
Damage Dice:
The kind of dice rolled in order to determine the damage done in combat.
Eccentricities:
An optional flavour choice in which a player may either choose from a list of pre-made options or create one with DM approval that makes a character unique.
Exotic Eccentricities:
An Eccentricity that is that is a little more otherwordly, more common with among the elves.
